Association for Open Data of Public Transportation and Public Transportation Open Data Center (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Center”) shall comply with laws and regulations relating to protection of personal information. Personal information including the address, affiliation name, department name, name of an individual, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address that the Center collected from the Customers who inquired, contacted us at an exhibition, seminar, or meeting, or those who applied for the use of the Center or provided their business cards to us, shall be used only when the Center provides information on new services, events, seminars in which the Center provides, participates, or is involved.
The Center shall not provide Customers’ personal information to third parties without Customers’ consent except cases in which the Center receives request based on laws and ordinances to provide such information from public institutions including but not limited to the courts of law, governmental agencies, regulatory authorities and other government institutions for the public interest and other reasons, and there are no reasonable grounds to refuse the request, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the Customers. The Center shares the information on the developers apps provide by the Center and data access status with those who provide the data to the Center.
